About the event
This workshop explores "home" as a destination and place, answering both where we are and who we are. The cliches of "Home is where you lay your hat" and "Home is where your heart is" are apt for the focus of this workshop. However, we will undertake deeper exploration to find our "heart center" through meditation techniques and creative exercises. We will also draw from various texts to enrich the this workshop and our time together.
